ChalkLoft provides a static course storefront and teaching workspace. By using this site, you agree to use the service lawfully and to respect the rights of learners, instructors, and other users. The storefront may be hosted as static assets and may not provide a server-side account system.
2. Subscriptions are monthly
Subscriptions are monthly. Prices are displayed with “/month” and Billed monthly. Renews automatically until cancelled. A production billing implementation would require a billing provider; this static project contains no live payment processor or recurring charge mechanism.

ChalkLoft does not promise enrollment, revenue, audience growth, employment, certification value, or any particular business outcome. Creator earnings depend on your own work and audience. ChalkLoft makes no income promises.
4. You retain ownership of your course content
You retain ownership of your course content. You grant ChalkLoft only the limited rights necessary to display, transmit, host, or process that content in a live implementation. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use.
5. Certificates, where offered, are completion records only
Certificates, where offered, are completion records only. They are not degrees, academic credentials, accreditation, or a promise of professional recognition.
6. A 30-day no-questions-asked refund entry is provided through the Refunds policy
A 30-day no-questions-asked refund entry is provided through the Refunds policy. Trial plans last 14 days and then convert to the applicable monthly subscription in a live billing implementation. The static demo cannot charge a card.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. If you add payment, analytics, email, video, or authentication providers, review their documentation and update your disclosures.
